    • Member of the Mecklenburg Quartet, 1910-1920, and the Stradivarius Quartet, 1920-1924. Conductor with the Teatr Muzykal’noi Dramy (Theatre of Musical Drama), 1914-1916, and with the MKHAT Music Studio, 1920-1927. Professor in Petrograd, 1917-1920, and with the Moscow Conservatory, 1920-1924.

      Emigrated, 1925. In the USA from 1927.
