    • Reader from 1918. Legal adviser to the Minister of Finance, 1915-1917. Last elected dean of Petrograd University. Exiled by Lenin with a group of other philosophers and writers, 1922.

      Member of the Russian Scientific Institute, Berlin, 1923. Taught Russian language and law. Moved to West Germany in 1945.

      Moved to the USA, 1951. Professor oflawattheSt. Vladimir Orthodox Seminary. Doctor of the Orthodox Theological Institute, Paris, and Professor from 1970.

      Chairman and honorary member of the Russian Academic Group in the USA, 1966-1970. Doctor of Theology of the St. Vladimir Orthodox Seminary, 1975.
