Villein Khansovich Kapp

Villein Kapp, USSR Composer.


  • Kapp, Villein was born on September 7, 1913 in the Lifliandskaia Gouvernement, Estonia. Son of the choir conductor, Hans Kapp, and nephew of the composer, Artur Kapp.

  • Career

    • Lecturer at the Tallinn Conservatory. Mainly known for his choral works. Also author of an opera, cantatas, a vocal symphony, composition for wind instruments, pieces for piano, and music for theatrical performances.
