  • Career

    • Took part in World War I as a Cossack officer. Last commander of the Cossack Life Guards before the October Revolution 1917. During the Civil War, fought on the side of the Whites.

      Evacuated from the Crimea with Wrangel. Settled in France, lived in Paris. Guardian of the Cossack Museum in exile.
