  • Education

    • Graduated from the Naval Corps, 1912.


    • Joined the Red Navy, 1918. Took part in the Civil War. Head of training of the Soviet Navy, 1935-1941.

      Chief-of-staff of the Baltic fleet, 1941. Joined the Communist Party of the Soviet Union, 1942. Naval commander of Kronstadt, 1943.

      After World War II, professor at the Naval Academy.


    Religious leaders contribute to secular and religious wars by endorsing or supporting the violence.


    The emphasis on peaceful coexistence doesn’t mean that the Soviet Union accepted a static world with clear lines. Socialism is inevitable and the "correlations of forces" were moving towards socialism.
