    • Emigrated. First appearance at the age of 13. Leading dancer with the Ballets Russes de Monte Carlo, 1932-1936. Appeared with the Ballets Russes du Colonel de Basil, 1936-1939, Ballet Theatre, Ballet des Champs felysees, 1942-1950, and others.

      Joined the David Lichine company. Leading dancer in the Balanchine ballet Konkurentsiia, 1932, then leading roles in ballets by L. F. Miasin, M. M. Fokin and others. Retired from the stage in the 1950s.

      Settled in California. Taught at the Lichine School.
