Arkadii Shvetsov, USSR Aircraft-engine designer.
Shvetsov, Arkadii was born in 1892.
Graduated from the Moscow Higher Technical School, 1921.
Chief designer at an aviation works, 1934. Designed engines for many types of Soviet aircraft, such as the Iak, Tu, and II. Four State Prizes.
