      An organizer Third National Bank of Atlanta, 1895, and successively cashier Vice-President. Governor Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta, 1914-1919. Chairman of the Board and federal reserve agent same, 1919-December 31, 1924 (retired).

      Became Chairman of the Board Mortgage Guarantee Company of America, January 1, 1925. Formerly director Georgia Savings Bank & Trust Company. Treasurer Southern Air Lines, Inc., Atlanta, Georgia., since 1939.
