      Vice Chairman of the Board United States Security Trust Company, since 1923. President J. O. Smith Manufacturing Company. Director Phoenix Mutual Life Insurance Company, Peck, Stow & Wilcox Company, American Hosiery Company Major commanding 1st Company Governor’s Foot Guard, resigned, and now member honorary staff.
