Senior vice president, and chairman managing committee, member executive committee and board directors, Bank of America National Trust and Savings Association, San Francisco, California, 1943-1949, vice chairman general Executive Committee and director, 1949-1952, president, 1952-1954, chairman of the executive committee, 1954-1971, honorary Chairman of the Board, 1963-1971.

      Director Pacific Gas & Electric Company, Foremost-McKesson Incorporated.
