      Executive director American Public Works Association, 1943-1945. Vice president, Minnesota State Board of Health, 1932-1944, president, 1936-1939. Member board engrs. Minneapolis-St. Paul Sanitary District Designed numerous water works, sewerage systems and other public works.

      Retired 1947.
