In charge of elaborate tests for cities of Louisville, Kentucky, and Cincinnati, O., on most feasible method of purifying water, 1895-1899. In private practice, since 1899, as hydraulic and sanitary engineer Has been expert adviser for filtration plants for New York, Baltimore, Washington, New Orleans, Montreal, etc.
