      Superintendent smelting department, Boston & Montana Copper Company, Montana, 1891-1896. Manager same company, and also of Butte & Boston Copper Company, 1896-1902. Manager smelting plant, Anaconda Copper Company, Montana, 1900-1902.

      Built smelting plant of Highland Boy Mining Company (Utah), Anaconda Copper Company, Cerrode Pasco Mining Company (Peru, S.A.), Michigan Smelting Company. Has spent large part of time since 1906 in Peru, investigating mining properties.
