Location engineer Connecticut Western R.R., New York, Bridgeport & Eastern R.R., Shore Line Electric R.R. Acted as chief engineer Fitchburg R.R. resurvey, Winsted Water Power Improvement Company, Housatonic Power Company, at Zoar Bridge, Rockingham Park & Track (Salem, N.H.).

      Civil engineering and surveying work on various projects since 1900. Chief engineer W. B. Palmer Engineering corporation since 1930. Lay-out and town planning of “Rivercliffe,” Devon, Connecticut, and “Middlebury Shores” and “Long-Lake-Park,” Middlebury, Connecticut.
