Was designer Kansas City Elevated R.R. and St. Louis Union Station.
Invented and patented Pegram truss for bridges, 1889. Designed and built combined highway and railway bridge across Arkansas River at Fort Smith, Arkansas, 1890. Home: South Orange, New Jersey.
