In general practice at New York since 1888, as consulting or construction engineer for many cities private corporations, in the United States and Cuba, also to Cuban government. Organized York Cliffs (Maine) Improvement Company, 1892.
Obtained action by United States Government, 1908, in rehabilitation of the sanitation of Cienfuegos, Cuba, at cost of $3,000,000, the work having been interrupted by political disturbances. Engineer in charge of dismantling and reconstruction of Morris Canal for State of New Jersey.
