      Became president Lord & Hollinger, Inc., 1925. Chief engineer Cook County Civil Works Administration, November 1933-March 1934. State administrator Work and Rehabilitation Division, Illinois Emergency Relief Commission, April 1934-July 1935.

      Assistant state administrator Works Progress Administration for Illinois, 1935-1940. Assistant to director Board Yards and Docks, United States Navy, 1940-1945. Retired, October 1945.

      Captain engineers, United States Army, August 1917-July 1918, major July 1918-May 1919.
