General manager Yukon Gold Company, operating gold mines in the United States and Yukon Territory, and tin mines in Malay, 1920-1926.

      Managing director Bolivian International Mining Corporation since 1930. Entered United States Army, May 1917. Discharged, April 1919, with rank of colonel of engrs.

      Commanded 27th Engineers, American Expeditionary Force. Assistant engineer light rys. and roads, and engineer in charge of bridge section, 1st Army.
