      Held various positions with Firestone until June 1917. Sales manager Prudden Wheel Company, Lansing, Michigan, 1917-1920. Secretary Motor Wheel Corporation since 1920, vice president and secretary since 1938.

      Director Vice-President Automotive Council for War Production. Chairman automotive parts advisory committee, Automotive Division, West Palm Beach and O.P.A. Managing director Automotive Committee for Air Defense, 1940. Member Michigan War Council.

      Organized Lansing Safety Council, 1940, and served as 1st president. State chairman Committee for Economics Development. President Automotive Parts and Equipment Manufacturers, Inc., 1934-1941, now director.

      Director N.A.M., Michigan Manufacturers Association. Member Society Automotive Engineers. President and director Tire and Rim Association, 1914-1915, and 1932-1934.
