Assistant to president Safety Car Heating & Lighting Company (Pintsch system), 1916-1919, president, since 1919.

      Chairman of the Board Pintsch Compressing Company. Chairman of board Vapor Car Heating Company. Director Carrier Corporation, Seatrain Lines, Wicolator Company.
