      Named changed in 1931 to Corcoran-Brown Lamp Company, continued as president until December 1937. Became president The Valvoline Oil Corporation (name changed to Freedom-Valvoline Oil Corporation), 1938, vice Chairman of the Board. Director and member Executive Committee Columbia Gas & Electric Corporation.

      Director American Thermos Company, Globe Wernicke Company, Aluminum Industries, Cincinnati. Plastene Corporation.
