    • Of Health, Cleveland, 2 years. Formed Easy-on-Cap (for automobiles) Company, 1921, serving as president until 1928. Founded Standard Products Company, manufacturers rubber window channel and weatherstrips, plastic interior and exterior trim, other automotive products, with plants in the United States, Canada, Europe, South America, later Chairman of the Board and chief Executive officer, now Chairman of the Board.

    Served with United States Army, World War I. Mason.; Clubs: Union, Tavern, Detroit Athletic. Inventor products and appliances pioneering in fields served by companies he established.
