Lecturer in Zoology, Makerere University College, Kampala, Uganda 1966-1969. Scientific Director Natural Primate Research Centre, Nairobi, Kenya 1969-1970. Lecturer, subsequently Senior Lecturer then Reader in Biology, The Open University 1970-1985, Dean of Science 1985-1988.
