    • Chang Bintze T. passed the literary examinations in the Manchu Dynasty and received the Shiu-tsa degree. He graduated from Futan University, Shanghai with an Bachelor of Arts degree in 1909.

    Career

    • Chang Bintze T. was a sub-editor of the Peking Daily News in 1909. He worked as an instructor at Peiping National University from 1918 to 1922. Since 1921 he was an editor of the Chinese Economic Journal and the Chinese Economic Bulletin, published by the Bureau of Industrial and Commerical Information.
