Gen. Fu Tso-yi joined the Nationalist Revolutionary Army in 1927 and was ordered to attack Chochow in Hebei (Hopei). After capture of the city, he was made Commander-in-Chief of the 5th Army of the 3rd Croup Army (under command of Gen. Yen Hsishan), June, 1927 and concurrently Garrison Commander of Tianjin (Tientsin).
Upon reorganization of his Army in March, 1931, Mr. Fu became Commander of 35th Army and concurrently Commander of 73rd Division. He joined the Nationalist Revolutionary Army in 1927 and was ordered to attack Chochow in Hebei (Hopei). After capture of the city, he was made Commander-in-Chief of the 5th Army of the 3rd Croup Army , June, 1927 and concurrently Garrison Commander of Tianjin (Tientsin).
