Career
Born in Pristina, Social Research Serbia, SFR Yugoslavia, Grujić passed through a number of youth teams of Red Star Belgrade, but never played in the main squad. The central defender moved in 1991 to FK Radnički Niš, where he made his professional debut during the 1991/92 season. Grujić eventually played 4 seasons for FK Radnički Niš before leaving in 1995 to Belgium.
In Belgium Grujić played for two seasons for R.W.D. Molenbeek, moving in the summer of 1997 to Royal Society of Chemistry Anderlecht.
In contrast to R.W.D. Molenbeek, he did not receive a consistent place in the squad and Grujić decided to look for it somewhere else. In 1998 Dutch football club Football Club Twente bought him for 350,000 Euro.
In 2004 Grujić moved as a transfer-free player to ADO Den Haag. After moving to FK Rad in 2006 and playing another season there, he retired.
In 2013 he became the coach of FK Rad youth team
