He is probably best known for appearing in the Showtime television series Dexter and for starring in such films as Judy Moody and the Not Bummer Summer, Children of the Corn, and The Crazies. He is the younger brother of Brennan Bailey, also an actor. He moved to California at the age of five.
Bailey started acting in commercials at the age of two.
