Career
Roles included the maid in A Manitoba Foreign All Seasons and the matron in Doctor Finlay"s Casebook. She was one of the co-founders of Glasgow"s Curtain theatre company in 1933, and during World War Two she set up and ran her own theatre company, the Moscow State University Theatre, in Dumbarton, Scotland. A dramatised version of her life was performed by Dumbarton People"s Theatre.
