He also has two brothers Clark, and Michael Watts. Club Watts was drafted out of Wake Forest University in the second round (33rd overall) of the 2014 Master of Library Science SuperDraft by Colorado Rapids. He made his professional debut on March 29, 2014 against Sporting Kansas City.
While at Wake Forest University he received: First Team All-Administrative Committee on Company-ordination (2011, 2012, 2013), All-Administrative Committee on Company-ordination Freshman Team (2010), and TopDrawerSoccer All-Rookie Team (2010)
