She began tap, ballet and jazz dance at an early age, and continued singing in the choir while at Richard Joshua Reynolds High School, from which she graduated in 2005. She performed in local theater productions, and attended New York University before moving to Los Los Angeles
She is best known for her role as Bree in the 2009 film Friday the 13th and Scarlet Haukkson in the webisode series My Alibi. She also co-starred in the Turner Broadcasting System series Glory Daze as Christie Dewitt. She currently stars as Becca Riley in Bravo"s Girlfriends" Guide to Divorce

The same year Guill appeared in My Super Psycho Sweet 16, the made-for-television film which premiered on October 23, 2009 on Music Television and was filmed in Atlanta. The film was released to mixed reviews from critics and had strong ratings on that night. That year Guill took a role in the Dark Castle production The Apparition, and previously appeared in a lead role in the thriller film Altitude.
In My Super Psycho Sweet 16: Participant 2, which premiered October 22, 2010, she reprises the role of Madison Penrose.
The following week saw the premiere of the horror film Altitude. she co-starred in the Steve Carell comedy Crazy, Stupid, Love and in the 2012 horror film The Apparition. She guest starred in the National Broadcasting Company comedy Community as Head Cheerleader in "A Fistful of Paintballs".
Since 2014, she has played Becca Riley in the Bravo television series Girlfriends" Guide to Divorce starring former House co-star Lisa Edelstein.
