Brigitte Aubert was born on March 17, 1956, in Cannes, France. Her parents worked at the Olympia cinema, and from her childhood, Brigitte was immersed in the world of cinema.
Brigitte studied law at Nice Sophia Antipolis University, and in 1977, she received a Master of Arts degree in Labor Law.
In 1977, Brigitte began working in film, first as a writer for short films, and then as a producer. In addition to detective novels and short stories, Aubert wrote a number of scripts for the TF1 TV company and several plays for the theater. She currently lives in Cannes, where he works with a touring theater.
Brigitte Aubert is a popular French thriller writer who has had some of her works translated into English. One of the Death from the Woods, which earned her the Grand Prix de Littérap- ture Policière in 1997. Aubert has more than a dozen titles published in French.
In 1984, Brigitte Aubert took part in a competition organized by the Black Series and TF1 TV company. Her story "Black Nights" (Nuits noires) was among the 10 winners.
