Career
The London 2012 Summer Olympics were his seventh games. In January 2009 they moved to Warendorf, Germany. The Hoys are the only married couple competing in the same Olympic discipline for different teams in the same year (see also Raphaël Poirée and Liv Grete Skjelbreid Poirée).
Hoy was inducted into the Sport Australia Hall of Fame in 2000.
