Chih Wang

Chih Wang was librarian, educator. Achievements include installing and implementing library automation system at University of Guam in 1993, linking the University with the world; initiated and implemented Guam Governor's Conference on Library and Information Services. Decorated Gold medal for Outstanding Services President, Republic of China, Silver medal for Outstanding Services Minister, National Defense, Republic of China.
