Burnett Mitchell Chipperfield

Burnett Chipperfield was a U.S. Representative from Illinois, father of Robert Bruce Chiperfield. He served in the Illinois National Guard for twenty years. He served in the Spanish-American War, and was later in the Judge Advocate General's Department from 1917 to 1919 and 1921 to 1934. He was also a banker.
