Robin Holliday

Robin Holliday, Palestinian, British geneticist, cell biologist. Achievements include research in mechanism of recombination (Holliday structure), epigenetic control of gene expression, understanding aging. Recipient Lord Cohen medal British Society Aging Research, 1987; Fulbright scholar, 1962. Fellow Royal Society London, Indian National Science Academy (foreign); member European Molecular Biology Organization.
