Career
Karvat began his career in 1976 as a mechanic mechanical assembly work. In August 1977 he entered the Armavir Higher Military Aviation School, after which in 1981 was sent to serve in the Far East in 301 IAD 28 IAP 8 11separate air defense corps army air defense. He flew the MiG-23. Upon request, in August 1994, arrived for duty in the Armed Forces of the Republic of Belarus and was appointed chief of the air-firing and tactical training of the 61 air base.
