Claude Bartolone is a French politician, President of the National Assembly of France since June 2012. He is affiliated to the SRC parliamentary coalition. He was elected President of the National Assembly, becoming the fourth person of the state, receiving such as a twelfth man under the Fifth republic
Background
Borned in Tunisia into a family of agricultural workers of Sicilian origin by her father, who emigrated to Tunisia to escape fascism, Claude Bartolon moved to France to enter the University Pierre and Marie Curie in Paris, where he obtained a degree in mathematics. At the present time Claude Bartolone is married for the second time. His wife, Véronique Ragusa, is a parliamentary collaborator. In the main focus of her activity is women's right to practice her husband.
