Working on BSSR Gosplan, was directly involved in the discovery and equipping of the computer center of a number of ministries, departments, universities of the republic and research institutions such as CNIITU, Ministry of instrumentation, automation and control systems, a branch of the All-Union Research Institute of of organization and management, in the opening Department of Applied mathematics, State University and departments "Political Economy" and "Economic Cybernetics". In the early 1970's and 1990's, he have read in BSU special courses on problems planning and forecasting, the basics of entrepreneurship for students of these disciplines.
Also in the early 1990s, took an active part in the opening specialty "Management" in Belarusian universities. Since 1998, teaches courses at BSU, "the general theory of management." "Economy of Belarus", "Economic Policy."
