Re-engineered business processes and automated workflow across ten departments by installing a 60 workstation client-server solution resulting in over $500,000 in annual productivity savings. Designed and implemented Oracle Lease Manager system to handle financial and administrative aspects of leasing facilities and to automate payment of over $3 million of corporate lease expenses monthly. Managed development, customer demonstrations, documentation, end user support, and marketing. Coordinated joint venture with major clothing manufacturer. Developed Oracle Bulletin Board application to serve as the primary source of corporate information for over 5,000 employees. Ported and installed the software on over thirty production machines.
