Career
Rokach spent six years as the Chief Executive Officer at Corrigent Systems Inc. since October 2000. Rokach led Corrigent Systems since inception with more than 16 years of experience in the communications industry and a strong track record in building successful telecommunications organizations. He served as the Chief Operating Officer for Orckit Communications Ltd. since February 2000, where he was responsible for research and development as well as marketing. Both as Corrigent's Chief Executive Officer and earlier as an Executive with Orckit, Rokach played key role in growing young companies into becoming global leaders in their field, while winning business with major carriers and service providers worldwide, and executing through large scale product deployments, generating hundreds of millions in revenue. From 1998 to 2000, he served as the Vice President, Network Access Systems. From 1992 to 1998, Rokach held several research and development and other positions with Orckit. From 1987 to 1992, he was a Senior Engineer with the Israeli Government and spent five years with the IDF's intelligence technology unit, developing and deploying communication technologies and systems. Rokach graduated with honors with a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the Technion Institute, Haifa (Summa Cum Laude) and an M.B.A. with honors from the Hebrew University, Israel, and currently pursuing an M.A. in Philosophy in the Tel-Aviv University.
