As Sr. Director of Product Developmemt in Taqua Systems, he drove vision and product direction for next generation softswitch architectures; guided product development from early prototype through field trials and revenue recognition delivering switches to customers by the second year. He also built organization from a small team to 100 engineers and support staff over 15 months.
In Apptrigger, Inc. he co-founded software engineering firm to develop a unique, next-generation voice switch solution for the local exchange carrier market. Crafted start-up business and marketing plans, established product vision and corporate direction, developed financial projections and investor relations, spearheaded product engineering and development process, negotiated supplier agreements with hardware vendors, and led business development efforts. Transitioned to CTO role once company funded and operational.
In Comverse, Inc. he integrated newly acquired landline (VoIP) products and services into Comverse’s mobile-oriented portfolio and develop new markets throughout the Americas. Led Netcentrex acquisition integration, set and executed the strategy for US and Americas market entry, crafted value proposition for mobile voice services, developed new markets, and set up lab trials and negotiated agreements with Tier-1 telecoms. Directed sales and pre-sales engineering, managed professional services and customer service, developed new business opportunities and go-to-market strategies, and orchestrated Comverse’s solutions architecture. Set annual budgets, sales targets, and compensation plans.
In Radware, Inc. he was responsible for Restructure sales engineering organization, introduce and scale sales processes, and reposition engineering as a business solutions provider while growing business line revenue for global leader of application delivery and application security solutions for virtual and cloud data centers. Spearhead Radware’s Americas Engineering team, grow and manage deal pipelines, advance various security products, revamp previously ineffective enterprise management tools, improve customer experience by refocusing efforts on individual clients, introduce automation and other performance improvements, and focus on datacenter evolution through virtualization and cloud service technologies.
