Sundarrajan joined Citrix via its acquisition of NetScaler Inc., where he served as Chief Technology Officer and Executive Vice President of Strategic Planning and Corporate Development. He served as Senior Vice President of Technology at EXDS Inc. He co-founded Mimosa and served as a founding advisor. Sundarrajan also served as an Advisor of Clearstone startup and DiVitas Networks. Prior to this, he served as Senior Vice President, Technology of Exodus Communications, where Sundarrajan was responsible for Application Networking Group technology strategy for managed eBusiness applications. During his tenure at Exodus, he also held the positions of Vice President of Technology, and Vice President of Research and Development. Sundarrajan was a Member of the Exodus founding team and led the strategy, development and delivery of Exodus managed services from its inception. Prior to this, he was in product line management with Transarc Corporation defined Transarc's Encina Object and desktop strategy. Earlier in his career, Sundarrajan held management and technology positions at Hal Computer Systems, Tandem Computer, Hewlett-Packard, and Intel. He serves on the Board and/or Technical Advisory Board of several companies. Sundarrajan serves as Director of Nokeena Networks Inc.
