Marc Charles Epstein, American optometrist. Diplomate National Board Examiners in Optometry; certified low vision specialist New York Commission for Blind, New York Optometric Association. REcipient Irvin Borish award American Optometric Foundation, 1975, Kohn award, 1975; Department of Health grantee, 1979-1980.
