One of three lawyers who brought famous Simpson-Hill lawsuit which resulted in Oklahoma Supreme Court holding the attempted session of Oklahoma Legislature (styled the “Ewe Lamb Rebellion”) to be an illegal assembly, and prevented impeachment of Henry S. Johnson, Governor of the State Candidate for State Senate.
