    • 1953 member, Soviet delegation at 8th session of United Nations General Assembly and 4th United Nations conference in New York for rendering technican aid to underdeveloped countries. 1955 took part in trade talks between USSR and Norway. 1956 signed agreement between USSR, Norway and Finland regulating use of the waters of the Pasvik-Elv River and Lake Inari.

      1957 attended 23rd session of United Nations Ecosoc, New York. 1959 headed Soviet delegation at session of United Nations Ecosoc, Mexico. Since 1936 in diplomatic service.

      1939-1944 Deputy Head, Law Deputy, USSR Popular Commissariat of Foreign Affairs. 1944-1947 Deputy Head, Economics Deputy, USSR Minister of Foreign Affairs. Secretary General, International Reparations Commission.

      1947-1949 Deputy Political Adviser, Soviet Military Administration, East Germany. 1949-1951 adviser to USSR diplomatic mission in East Germany. 1951-1952 Head, 4th European Deputy, USSR Minister of Foreign Affairs.

      1952-1953 Head,Department for United States of America, USSR Minister of Foreign Affairs. 1954-1956 USSR Ambassador to Norway.
