      1937-1941 Chief, Ordzhonikidze, then Oktyabr Railroad Line. 1941-1944 Chief, Board of Northwestern Railroad Lines, then Chief, Kuybyshev Railroad Line. 1944-1948 USSR Deputy Popular Commissar, then USSR Minister of Transport.
