    Career

    • 1911-1913 at Moscow Arts Theater. 1913-1936 at 1st Studio, Moscow Arts Theater, later known as the 2nd Moscow Arts Theater, played: the Queen in Shakespeare's “Hamlet” and Strindberg’s “Erik XIV”. The “Russian maiden” and “English wench Mary” in “Blokha” (The Flea).

      Dvoyra in “Zakat” (Sunset), etc. 1936-1938 at Moscow Trade-Union Theater. Since 1938 at Moscow Communist Youth League Theater where she played: title role in Gorky's “Vassa Zhcleznova”.

      Esterag in Gcrgel and Litovsky’s “Moy syn” (My son). Major Grech in Simonov’s “Так i budet” (So It Will Be), etc. Has produced: Gorky's “Zykovy” (The Zyi ^vs) and “Vassa Zheleznova”.

      Simonov’s ‘Vod kashtanami Pragi” (Under the Chestnut Trees of Prague), and “Russky vopros” (The Russian Question), etc. 1943 played Grand Duchess Yefrosinya Staritskaya in film “Ivan Grozny” (Ivan the Terrible).
