Member, Editorial Board, journals “Vestnik selskogo khozyaystva” (Herald of Agriculture) and “Tekhnika v selskom khozyaystve” (Engineering in Agriculture). Since 1959 honorary member, Czechoslovak Academy, of Agriculture Science. Research on agricultural electricity supply and automation of rural installations.
Designed automatic voltage regulators for rural networks. Developed mixed three-phase-monophase systems of power distribution in agricultural, automatic noncontact equipment, etc.: Publ.: “Regulator napryazheniya dlya raspredelitelnykh setey” (A Voltage Regulator for Distribution Networks) (1937). “Smeshannaya sistema raspredeleniya elektroenergii v selskokhozyastvennykh rayonakh” (A Mixed System of Power Distribution in Agricultural Areas) (1939).
