    • Until 1934 junior and senior forest mang. assessor, Upper Kama Expedition, then Udmurt Forestry Board, then timber procurement inspector, Russian Soviet Federated Socialist Republic Popular Commissariat of Forestry and USSR Higher Economics Council. 1934-1938 Deputy Director, All-Union Forestry Research Institute. 1938-1941 exec, positions in USSR Popular Commissariat of Forestry and in Russian Soviet Federated Socialist Republic Council of Popular Commissar.

      1943-1950 Director Main Board of Training Establishments, USSR Popular Commissariat of Forestry. 1950-1955 in USSR Minister of Agriculture. Since 1955 Director, All-Union Research Institute of Forestry and Mechanization.

      Until 1960 Chief Editor, journal “Lesnoe khozyaystvo” (Forest Management). 1950-1953 Collegium member, USSR Minister of Agriculture. Follower of Michurin’s methods.

    Religion is bad because it gets people to believe something untrue.
