    • 1934 graduated Leningrad Institute of Public Utility Engineering.

    Career

    • Worked for various Moscow planning and design organization. Did designs for planning and reconstruction of Samarkand, Ferghana and Kokand. Designed: a stadium to accommodate 50,000 people.

      Uzbek Minister of Agriculture building. Uzbek Academy, of Agriculture Science building, etc.
